Hailing and leaving from the Cornhusker State of Nebraska at 17, this chef professionally trained and graduated at 19 with a Bachelor's from Le Cordon Bleu Las Vegas and opened his first hotel, The Palazzo Las Vegas at 19, Encore at Wynn at 20, and Aria at 25. He has worked under Thomas Keller at the Venetian LV, Michelin Chef Julian Serrano, Chef Emeril Lagasse and many others. His has also worked for many employers including DisneyWorld, SeaWorld Orlando, Gloria and Emilio Estefan of Miami, the list goes on and on. We are so excited to have him join our team and share his knowledge, experience, and a few fun stories. I wanted to find something to do with my 14yr old daughter to spend some quality time. I am so happy i found this class. We are both pasta lovers and love to cook so this was perfect. The teacher was awesome and the other classmates were great to be around. Five stars for sure.
