Chef J’Kwan (Kwan) is a Private chef who specializes in holistic cooking while working with professional athletes. Raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina, he has been familiar with the Farm to table lifestyle since he was a child. An alumni of Le Cordon Bleu, and Advocate for food insecurity in lower income neighborhoods, his main goal is to teach anyone that good food does not have to be a privilege, and should be accessible to everyone. Though he is new to Miami, he hopes that his style of communication and teaching will impact those who are looking to improve their relationship with food, as well as have fun in the kitchen!
