Chef Lui – A Culinary Journey Across Continents.

Chef Lui began his culinary career in 2001 at a seasonal family restaurant and hasn’t stopped cooking since. After earning his degree from the Culinary Institute of Argentina, his passion for global flavors led him to work in prestigious kitchens across Mexico, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Miami, and Minneapolis—where he now owns his own restaurant.

With extensive experience in restaurant and hotel openings, Chef Lui has mastered a wide range of cuisines, from Latin American to Middle Eastern, and European to American. Beyond his culinary expertise, he is deeply passionate about teaching and sharing his love for food with others. Whether mentoring aspiring chefs or leading interactive cooking classes, Chef Lui finds joy in inspiring others through the art of cooking.

Chef Luis was great! However, BYOB should read - Bring your own bottle, bring your own bottle opener, and bring your own wine glasses. Chef Luis was able to find 1 old style cork screw that made opening the wine bottles without breaking the cork almost impossible. Wine glasses were in short supply. If you want to flavor your pasta you need to take your own herbs and spices as well. Portion sizes are small so I recommend you eat something before going. Otherwise, it was a pleasant way to spend an evening.

What a wonderful leadership team outing I did with my company. Luis was friendly, knowledgeable and funny. I highly recommend him and this class to anyone! My o0nly complaint was that I didn't bring enough wine (that's on me of course.)
