Chef Rebecca began her cooking career in NYC and had spent 35 years traveling the globe to find exciting recipes to add to her culinary skills.
In addition to being a culinary instructor of many cuisines, Chef Rebecca also has a successful catering company in the Miami area, and a home meal service which brings healthy and delicious meals weekly to you door.

Rebecca did a fabulous job. She engaged all of the participants, made a menu that was delicious, was an excellent teacher and with her professional nature and talent was everywhere all at once.
We all agreed that we would all take the next several classes.
There was lots of camaraderie and we all had a wonderful time thanks to how she organized the event.
