With a strong foundation in technique and a passion for hands-on teaching, she creates classes that are both educational and engaging. Inspired by food history, she loves sharing fun culinary facts that bring each dish to life. Madeline believes food should be joyful and communal, and her classes blend technique, storytelling, and genuine fun—whether she’s guiding students through perfecting a skill or exploring the roots of a regional recipe.
