Alvaro was a great instructer! He gave us a lot of cooking tips and tricks and is clearly passionate about Peruvian cuisine. He was fantasitic to learn from, and our dishes came out fabulous!

Alvaro was an awesome teacher. He was personable, friendly, and funny. It was obvious he had experience and he was very knowledgeable in his field. The food prep tips were really helpful and much appreciated (like better ways to hold a knife, chop an onion, and make precise sushi roll cuts). I would definitely take a class taught by Alvaro again.
