My experience with Chef Alvaro Luna, was fantastic! From the moment I arrived at the class, he made me feel comfortable and appreciated; his demeanor was very professional, funny, and kind. All the ingredients were fresh and delicious. Chef Luna, share with us some personal and traditional pointers on how to prepare Peruvian ceviche and Kausa, and how to serve such dishes with grace. In addition, the ambiance was pleasant. Furthermore, the food that I prepared under Chef Luna's direction and supervision was exquisite! I enjoyed every minute of this event, and I am going to register for other classes that Chef Luna is offering. I highly recommend this experience to anybody passionate about delightful food.

Everything was amazing. It was so delicious. It was the perfect birthday surprise from my wife. The class was very easy and fun. I got to meet new people. I loved it and our teacher. He was super amazing. Would definitely take another class again with him.
