This was an amazing experience!!! The chef, Alvaro was very attentive and very helpful. I am vegan and he was very accommodating to my dietary needs. I would recommend everyone to take Alvaro’s dumpling class! It was fun and very entertaining!!!

Alvaro was an awesome teacher. He was personable, friendly, and funny. It was obvious he had experience and he was very knowledgeable in his field. The food prep tips were really helpful and much appreciated (like better ways to hold a knife, chop an onion, and make precise sushi roll cuts). I would definitely take a class taught by Alvaro again.
