Chef Alvaro provided fun, education, classical cooking instruction, engagement and history in one sitting that made everyone feel invited, full and feel at home by the end of the session. I want to highlight the layering of each dish and it made you appreciate the workload encapsulated in creating sushi dishes. Would definitely reccommend!

This experience was wonderful. My partner and I celebrated our anniversary and it was the perfect way to do so. Chef Alvaro was welcoming and very engaging with everyone. It fostered an environment where others wanted to socialize. Chef was great at explaining things and in the end, the food was delicious! We left full and happy! Thank you Chef Alvaro!
