This class was fantastic. Chef Carolyn was a great teacher/host who was very knowledgeable and friendly. Making the mozzarella and burrata was very fun. It had a low barrier to entry but a high skill ceiling. I would 100% recommend this class to anyone and everyone.

I truly enjoyed this mixology class. I've tried numerous times to go to one over the years but they all were either super expensive or far away. The host Carolyn was funny and knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail. Put us on to tips and tricks of the trade from her years of experience. She offered to answer any questions about the drinks we would be preparing or any questions one might have questions about alcohols, mixers, simple syrup etc. I will definitely be returning.

I went to this cocktail making class by myself (yes, solo 👀) and honestly… it was such a great experience.
The class itself was super informative — our instructor, Catherine, was amazing. She walked us through different techniques step by step, like how to properly smoke a glass for an Old Fashioned and even how to make lavender syrup from scratch. It felt like we were actually learning real mixology skills, not just following a basic recipe.
The vibe was really welcoming, and even though I came alone, I ended up meeting new people and having genuine conversations. It didn’t feel awkward at all, which I was lowkey nervous about.
If you’re thinking about going solo to something like this, do it. It’s fun, you learn something new, and you might leave with a few new connections (and some solid cocktail skills 🍸).
