The class was amazing, and the food was delicious. As a Korean, I can confidently say the Korean fried chicken was truly authentic. I just wish the location had been a bit quieter, as it was sometimes hard to hear the chef.
The chef was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I’ve taken a few classes at Sur La Table before, but I feel like I learned much more from this one. I also didn’t expect that I would get to fry the food myself, which made the experience even better.
I hope he offers more Korean dishes in the future, such as kimchi-I would love to join another class.

I didn't know what to expect as we've never done a class like this before. We had a great experience! Chef Christian walked us through every step, ending up with delicious dumplings we made ourselves.
