Absolutely incredible! This Korean Chicken Cooking Class exceeded every expectation—from the moment we stepped into the kitchen to the final bite of our perfectly crispy, spicy, and saucy masterpiece.
Our instructor Chef Christian was not only knowledgeable but genuinely passionate about Korean cuisine. He took time to explain each ingredient, its cultural significance, and offered tips you simply can't get from a recipe book. Whether it was double-frying for extra crunch or balancing gochujang heat with a touch of sweetness, every step was thoughtfully guided.
We made several variations—classic Yangnyeom (sweet & spicy), soy garlic, and, batter prep, and frying techniques. The class was well-paced, beginner-friendly, and also offered deeper culinary insight for more experienced cooks.
What made it truly special was the atmosphere: fun, interactive, and full of laughter. We got to eat together at the end, and honestly? It tasted like something straight out of a Korean street food stall in Seoul.
