Chef Christian is not only super friendly and kind (and has a boppin' song playlist), but also is incredibly knowledgeable in and skilled at his craft! His Bao Buns Masterclass that I took was an absolute joy, and even an extreme outlier novice like me, who can only make PB&Js, was able to easily follow along and cook up some tasty food :)

Chef Christian was amazing! He has a real knack for this, personality and skill wise. I really felt like I was in a live Food Network show lol My partner and I were impressed by how well he handled the large group. And best of all the food was DELICIOUS. No exaggeration. Honorable mention to the roasted broccoli on the side. I would definitely take this class or another of his again. Also really liked this location
