Chef Christian was fantastic! Not only incredibly fun and engaging, but you could immediately see how skilled and knowledgeable he was. All of his cuts, folds and demos were extremely precise and inspired a ton of confidence. 10/10 for me!!

This class and overall experience was amazing! The chef was so welcoming and so obviously loves what he does. He explains the steps to the recipe very well, gives great cooking tips/techniques, and overall helps you learn to make a delicious meal. It’s very inclusive you get to touch your food during every step. This is a new favorite meal in my house! I’ll definitely be booking another class with this chef and others!!
