Chef Christian is not only super friendly and kind (and has a boppin' song playlist), but also is incredibly knowledgeable in and skilled at his craft! His Bao Buns Masterclass that I took was an absolute joy, and even an extreme outlier novice like me, who can only make PB&Js, was able to easily follow along and cook up some tasty food :) Thank you so much again!

He made the whole experience so fun and welcoming—greeting each person individually and guiding us step by step with patience and kindness. He took time to answer all our questions, no matter how big or small, and really made sure everyone felt confident and included. One of the highlights was that he added a delicious side of rice to go with our handmade dumplings, which was such a thoughtful touch that made the meal feel complete. Plus, the class is right by Little Italy—so if you want to explore the area beforehand or grab a sweet treat to take with you for later, it’s the perfect setup. Whether you're planning a cute date night or looking for the ultimate girls’ night out, this class checks all the boxes—fun, hands-on, flavorful, and full of good vibes! Great class with an experienced instructor! I forgot to email my dietary restrictions to the instructor before the class. The instructor was very accommodating and helped set up the veggie option, so I didn't miss out on the experience. Highly recommend for either a date night activity or a memorable time with a group of friends!
