
Chef Denis is a young pastry chef born and raised in the alps of Northern Italy. After graduating high school he decided to sign up to a Culinary pastry academy in Milan. After a couple of years of studying and training with world famous pastry chefs, he earned his degree as a pastry chef.
After Milan, he decided to move to Rome where he lived for almost 6 years. He worked as the head pastry chef for an Italian restaurant/bakery in the city center. He LOVED and enjoyed his roman years but always had the dream to move to New York. When he least expected it, luck surprised him and he got a job as Head Pastry Chef at Angelina, a famous Italian bakery in NYC. Aside from work, he loves sports, being in nature and animals.
