Gina Lee has spent 15 years whipping up delicious sweets, from the pastry kitchens of Food Network chef Bobby Flay’s restaurants (Mesa Grill, Bar Americain, and Gato) to gracing the pages of Martha Stewart’s Living and Weddings magazines with her recipes and photogenic desserts. Before graduating from the Institute of Culinary Education, Gina also decorated many of the beautifully elaborate sugar cookies at Eleni’s in Chelsea Market.

I took this class about 2 years ago, and liked it so much I did it again with my friend. Our macrons were cute and delicious! We had so much fun, and I highly recommend this class!
