Chef Himanshu has always loved culinary arts, so he decided to follow his passion and enroll at the International Institute of Hotel Management. Since graduating, he has worked at many fine restaurants, including five star hotels. He holds over 10 years of culinary experience and currently works as an Executive Chef at a well known restaurant in downtown Jersey City.
He has had the privilege of working with many talented chefs from all over the world, and he credits all of his mentors and their guidance for making him the success he is today.

Chef Himanshu was so patient and sweet to us! We were a bit late and so he explained the process of creating the first set of rolls to us again. Our rolls were not perfect of course, but he was always quick to provide rice, sesame seeds, and any other materials we were low on during the class. The class was easy to follow (and delicious)! I would definitely take a class with him specifically, again.

Himanshu made the experience easy & fun, and was super positive and friendly. He gave really clear instruction about how to make each sushi roll, as well as tips on how to make them at home! The spicy salmon & avocado roll was our favorite of the night.
