
Chef Himanshu has always loved culinary arts, so he decided to follow his passion and enroll at the International Institute of Hotel Management. Since graduating, he has worked at many fine restaurants, including five star hotels. He holds over 10 years of culinary experience and currently works as an Executive Chef at a well known restaurant in downtown Jersey City.
He has had the privilege of working with many talented chefs from all over the world, and he credits all of his mentors and their guidance for making him the success he is today.
