Chef Jessica was very patient. She demonstrated how to make the cream puffs before we made with our group. My group consist of 3 ladies who had never taken a cooking class within this company. One of the ladies would celebrate her birthday on Monday. She plans to take the pasta cooking on Monday. Chef Jessica checked our consistency of our batter before we went to the next step. This is easier to make than the French macaron which I took with another chef in this company. I recommend this cooking class since it was so fun to make and Chef Jessica was very organized and thus it was easy to follow her recipe to make the cream puffs.

Wonderful hands-on class with fellow participants. Chef Jessica explained the steps while demonstrating them. She walked around offering guidance to each station as we completed each major instructions. She explained the possible reasons why the results desired may not have occurred. Overall, I enjoyed the class, the puffs were delicious regardless of their appearance and size. I plan to make them at home. Thank you, Chef Jessica.

Need to have smaller groups per dish so that there’s no shortage of activities. Also more quantity for the main dishes please.

I signed up for this class after 3 unsuccessful attempts to make eclairs, so I went to this class thinking it was going to be smaller, more technical, and in an actual kitchen. Although it was not what I expected and the puffs didn’t turn out as I expected, chef Jessica is absolutely AWESOME! I told her about all the issues I had in my previous attempts and she gave me super helpful advice and answer ALL my questions, and I had so many! Overall, I think this was a great and fun class for beginners and people who rarely bake.
