Former engineer and aspiring artist, Kirsten has always had a passion for creating. Her fondest childhood past-time was baking with relatives, which always included lots of colorful icing and eating sweets. I had so much fun learning how to decorate my cookies in this class! Kirsten was absolutely, kind, friendly and explained everything in detail on the icing. She was great at interacting with everyone there and took her time helping. This class made me want to make more cookies down the road! Hope to take another class of she offers some day again! She was very insightful with educating the class about best practices and methods for decorating our treats, and managed everyone's skill and experience level (especially me as a beginner) well, to create a wholesome class environment. We cannot wait to experience Kirsten's next class!
