Chef Lisa's background is in recipe and menu development, sourcing and importing chocolate, cheese, truffles and oils from places like India, France, Italy, Argentina, Peru - and of course, cooking! She loves watching guests' expressions when they take that first bite and the little light bulb goes on above their heads during her tasting classes! It’s the moment that tells her that this is new, this is exciting, and that this might change how they will experience food going forward.
