Her academic background in finance laid the foundation for business acumen, but it's her zeal for food and kinship that truly drives her. She is a staunch advocate for non-GMO, farm-to-table produce and maintains strong ties with Italian farmers, foragers, artisans, and craftspeople, ensuring a genuine taste of Sardinia in every dish.

We recently attended a pasta-making cooking class — and it was absolutely amazing! 🥰 Chef Lyuba was incredibly friendly, professional, and had a great sense of humor. She created a warm and fun atmosphere that made the whole experience unforgettable.
Not only did we learn how to make delicious homemade pasta, but we also had such a great time and left with so many positive emotions. Everything was perfectly organized.

I really enjoyed this experience, although I wish I could have interacted with more people as a more social event. It seemed like most people were coupled up and reserved to their groups. I guess I hoped that we could all interact but now that I've done this I'm not sure how. The instructor, the assistants, and the tools we used were all excellent. I was able to follow along well, and the food ended up tasting so amazing!
