Chef Lyuba is not only funny with a good spirit, but she is also extremely educated and great at teaching! This is my second time attending one of her classes and for the second time, I was very satisfied and pleased with the class. Would recommend!

The class was well structured, approachable, and engaging, making it accessible for both beginners and those with some cooking experience. Chef Lyuba was knowledgeable, patient, and clear in her instruction, taking the time to explain techniques and answer questions throughout the session. Making tagliatelle al pesto from scratch was both fun and rewarding, and I left feeling confident that I could recreate the dish at home. The pace of the class was thoughtful, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and encouraging. I would highly recommend this class. The final dish was absolutely delicious. The tagliatelle had a perfect texture, tender with just the right bite, and the fresh pesto was, aromatic, and balanced. Knowing the pasta was made entirely from scratch made it even more satisfying. Long after the class ended, I was still savoring the flavors.
