Michelle did a fantastic job leading our session. The rolls came out great and in addition to her high-level chef and teaching skills, her playlist was really good. Highly recommend!

Michelle is awesome sauce! I learned so much from her sushi class such as how to cook rice, knife work, and how to incorporate sauces. The class was fun and lighthearted. Book her classes you won’t regret it!

I had a wonderful experience at the Sushi Making 101 class! The session was very well-structured and easy to follow along, even for a beginner. Michelle was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the class. I also appreciated that she took the time to share background on the history of sushi and explain different techniques it made the experience both fun and educational. By the end, I felt confident in the basics of rolling and preparing sushi. I’d highly recommend this class to anyone interested in learning sushi-making, whether just starting out or looking to refine their skills.
