After 15 years in music and advertising in New York City, Miguel shifted his focus to food and drink, launching Salsa Pistolero in 2015 and hosting pop-ups in the East Village. Originally from San Antonio, Miguel specializes in the flavors and traditions of Northern Mexican and South Texas cuisine. He has partnered with brands including Don Julio and Topo Chico for food and cocktail events at festivals and private experiences, and now shares his passion through interactive cooking and mixology classes.
