I had a fabulous experience. This was my first cooking class and it made me want to sign up for many more. We had Chef Mike who was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The room was set up fabulous with fresh produce, clean / professional cookware, and overall very organized. I greatly appreciated Chef Mike's attentiveness to instruction and truly being passionate about cooking. He was a pleasure to work with and made this class very fun and easy to follow long. I highly recommend this class and Chef Mike. He is an asset to this community! I look forward to doing many more future cooking classes.

We had a great time! Mike was a great teacher and the dumplings were delicious! Our class was pretty full so we had to do a few steps in shifts but it was still fun and we learned a lot!
