Chef Nancy is a Vietnamese American Chef. Nancy grew up cooking with her family, learning all the nuances of Vietnamese cuisine. Her passion continued, with catering and private events for over 8 years and vast world travel that expanded her skill and palette. In 2019, she moved to NYC and started Beaucoup NYC, doing pop up dinners and events throughout New York for two years. Chef Nancy is an alum of a three-Michelin star restaurant in New York City. She loves being innovative by combining Vietnamese cuisine with other flavors of the world. When she’s not in the kitchen she does archery and is an avid buddhist.

Chef Nancy is a fantastic teacher. She made the process of sushi-making easy to understand and follow. Her clear instructions and helpful tips ensured that everyone in the class could keep up, regardless of their prior experience in the kitchen.
