In addition to traveling, he likes to read cookbooks and learn languages. He speaks Spanish, English and French. He is currently interested in Hydroponics and healthy food. Food can be delicious and healthy at the same time. He also loves milkshakes!

My group and I had a fantastic time, it was so much fun to learn how to make pasta from scratch and it turned out amazing. We also enjoyed making the sauce, cooking the pasta. It was easier than I thought and turned out delicious.

This gnocchi class was FABULOUS! Chef Sandro was excellent! He made learning how to make the sauce and gnocchi so clear and easier then I ever imagined. I will definitely take other classes. Te gnocchi were delicious. I loved eating them.
