Chef Sandro is originally from Mexico.  He believes that the best way to learn about a culture is by traveling. That’s why he's had the opportunity to travel a bit around Europe and South America.

In addition to traveling, he likes to read cookbooks and learn languages.  He speaks Spanish, English and French.  He is currently interested in Hydroponics and healthy food. Food can be delicious and healthy at the same time.  He also loves milkshakes!

Chef Sandro was very nice and patient with me, as a beginner chef. He encouraged me to take my time and helped me perfect my cutting techniques. I appreciated his humor and fun facts about Mexican food. Will definitely try with a friend next time!

This was my second time taking Chef Sandro’s pizza class, and I brought my mom—her first cooking class—and she had a great time. It’s perfect for beginners. Chef Sandro is encouraging and attentive, his music playlist keeps the energy up, and the pizza turned out well.

Chef Sandro, thank you so much for such a wonderful and memorable class. Your passion, warmth, and attention to detail really made the whole experience feel special and welcoming from start to finish. It was not only informative but genuinely fun, and you created such a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy for everyone to get involved and enjoy themselves. The beef dumplings were absolutely amazing — so flavorful and satisfying, and definitely a highlight of the class. You explained everything so clearly, which made the process feel approachable even for beginners. We also really appreciated that you came around and checked on every group and pair — we definitely needed the extra guidance, and it made a big difference having your hands-on support throughout. If I could offer one very small piece of feedback, it would be that perhaps a teaspoon could be provided for future classes when filling the dumplings. We found it a little tricky to judge the right quantity of filling using a fork, so a teaspoon might help avoid overfilling. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend your class to anyone. Thank you again for such a lovely time!
