Chef Shota is an omakase sushi chef at a traditional Japanese sushi restaurant in Manhattan. Before moving to New York, he trained extensively in Japan, mastering the art of authentic sushi-making. With extensive experience leading sushi workshops in the U.S., he brings a unique perspective that blends traditional Japanese techniques with an understanding of American culture, creating memorable and engaging culinary experiences.

From learning the fundamentals of preparing sushi rice to rolling our own delicious creations, every part of the experience was fun, interactive, and hands-on. The instructor was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the class enjoyable for beginners and sushi lovers alike.
Whether you’re looking for a unique date night, a fun outing with friends, or simply want to learn a new skill, I can’t recommend this experience enough.
