We had Chef Emily and she was fantastic. Her instructions were very thorough and she shared how to duplicate this recipe at home when you don’t have the commercial equipment to proof the croissants etc.. plus it was nice to have the croissants to take home.

The instructor was Emily and she was fabulous. The class was great! She was great at explaining things, very patient, and also demonstrated every step and came around to assist when it was our turn to prep the food. The croissants were delicious!!! I highly recommend this class.
