TJ was so great--wonderful energy and upbeat interaction with all of us!
The one thing for me, was that it was tricky to see...I would consider creating a round-table format so that everyone could observe better (I'm short!). In addition, it would be fun to have a precursor about the different tools involved in making cocktails, like their names and purposes, in addition to thoughts about different glasses. That said, my train was delayed and I arrived late, so maybe this already happened. Finally, I think the first drink should be made together, with everyone doing the same routine, and then having the second round be improv and/or different recipes. For whatever reason, I felt a little lost trying to find everything.
Thanks for a great class!! :) Cheers!
