First getting a degree in psychology, it was not long after graduation that Danielle decided to change paths and follow her heart. Going back to school and getting trained in pastry, Chef Danielle has been in the industry for the past eight years and hasn’t looked back. She loves all things dough – from croissants and donuts to pizzas and pastas. Around the holidays you’ll always find her with a pie in the oven. Danielle loves to share her passion through teaching others and hopes to give you the confidence to throw on an apron at home and whip up something delicious anytime!
