Taught 13 students

Emma is a proud graduate of Hudson Community College and Fairleigh Dickinson University. During her studies, she had the privilege of collaborating with a chef at her college who helped ignite and guide her passion for baking.

Her professional journey began at Choc O Pain in Jersey City, a bakery known for its authentic French pastries and artisanal breads. There, she refined her technical skills in French baking while deepening her appreciation for the craft and discovering her desire to teach.

Emma’s dream is to share her passion for French baking with as many people as possible, inspiring others through both technique and creativity.

Chef Emma was very informative and clear, the class was fun and everyone seemed to be having a good time. The end result was super yummy and the to-go boxes were a nice touch.

We had a fun time! Emma demonstrated the technique, explaining what and why. She was patient and interacted with all the class members as it moved from demo to us trying it ourselves. All ingredients and tools were available as needed. I will recommend this class to friends, and expect to try the recipes on my own. Thanks!

Chef Emma was so fun to learn from! She was informative and explained everything step by step with clear instructions. She was incredibly knowledgeable of the ingredients and what role they played in producing the product. She had a one on one with everyone and interacted which we appreciated. The class was happy when our pans came out of the oven because our desserts turned out beautifully! My mother and I ended up eating more than half of what we intended to bring home, they were too yummy! The process went by so smoothly, my mom and I are excited to try this recipe again from home. I highly recommend taking her class!
