Growing up in the diversity of the East Coast, Chef Jeyauntia was always intrigued by different cultures. The clothing, traditions, languages and especially, the food, always kept her wanting to discover more! She studied the art of Baking & Pastry at The Culinary Institute of America and continued her education in Culinary Science. While not making masterpieces in the kitchen, her other hobbies include science, makeup, and music.

chef J was amazing, we made amazing macarons that are difficult to make! chef was super informative, walked us through each step with care, answered all of our questions. It was a great date night, highly recommend 10/10

We had such a wonderful time! The class was so well thought out, Chef Jey was a PHENOMENAL teacher, and it was overall a very positive experience. If I knew Chef Jey were doing another course, would absolutely take it. Chef Jey was so impressively professional and had thought out all of the details. It was clear how much she cared about us learning and the success of the course. 10/10!! Also, her support staff was lovely (and had things running very smoothly)!
