Chef Vince is a multi award winning and certified chef. His restaurant experience includes The Rainbow Room, Mr. K's Chinese Restaurant, Sardi's, and The Ritz Carlton to name a few. Chef Vince has also cooked for 4 United States Presidents, two of which while in office as President Bush's and President Obama's per diem personal chef on domestic flights aboard Air Force One. Chef Vince brings his expertise directly to you in a small class setting and gives the time and attention you need to learn and gain the confidence to continue what you learn in class at home.

We had a great time. Chef Vince was patient and personable and shared tips and tricks on how to make sushi night at home affordable. It was a fun and intimate class. I hope he offers an advanced class soon.

Chef Vince was incredibly skilled, patient and a joy to learn from. My fiancé and I had a wonderful time learning to make sushi, enjoying cool stories from the chef, and of course eating our delicious shrimp sushi! A great time and I high recommend this experience with Chef Vince!!
