She tended bars and catered events in Provincetown, MA, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Baltimore and in many a private homes for illustrious clients in the NYC entertainment industry. Carolyn's specialty cocktails, innovative recipes and vivacious energy have taken her to vacation spots in Europe, The Hamptons, Nantucket and the Bahamas where she loves to teach people how to pour the perfect drink or serve unforgettable dishes for every season and occasion. We had a lot of fun learning and making cocktails. Chef Carolyn is very friendly and her approach to the class made it an enjoyable experience. She was great with her demonstrations, explanations and also answering all the questions we had.

The class was really engaging and educational. The instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The instructor created a very relaxed and inclusive environment. The other attendees looked like they were having just as much fun as myself.
