Originally born and raised in Vietnam, Chef Huong spent eight years in the Philippines and five years in Thailand, where she honed her skills in South East Asian Cuisines. Inspired by her mother who used to be the Head Chef at the Embassies, Chef Huong continued to master her expertise not only in Asian cuisines but also Italian cuisine, and pastry art and cake decoration. She cannot wait to share her stories, recipes, and her passion with everyone!

Chef Huong was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable about sushi making and made the session informative, fun, and approachable for first timers. Making sushi is a real art and I formed a new appreciation for this food after taking the class! The amount of sushi was perfect for one person and more filling than I expected. Hotel Majestic was an interesting venue in the city and I loved being able to explore Japantown before and after the session. Great class, 10/10 would recommend!
