We really enjoyed our class with Jyoti! She was informative and clear, entertaining, and upbeat. The chicken tikka masala came out delicious and we were very happy that it made so many portions so we can enjoy it again tomorrow. The only thing is that we didn't realize some ingredients had to be prepped beforehand, so it ended up being a little rushed during the class. This was a little different from the other CocuSocial class we did, in which every step of the prep was done during the allotted class time. Next time we'll make sure we're ready beforehand, and we'll definitely keep an eye out for more classes from Jyoti in the future!

Wonderful class, wonderful dishes! It would be helpful if you would mention the heat level you’re using frequently during the class. Looking forward to more East Indian classes, including, I hope, an almond chicken recipe. Plus I think you really ought to consider teaching a class on shrimp cooked “in the Maharashtra in method” - with ginger, coconut milk, lemon juice, etc. Thanks for two fun classes so far!

Excellent teacher, Jyoti was well organized and informative not only on the steps involved, but also why a specific instruction contributed to the recipe. She explained how searing the chicken gives the authentic touch to the recipe.
