She received her Certified Culinarian and Prochef Certification from the Culinary Institute of America. Additionally, Chef Michele is a Wine Steward and Sommelier, receiving her Certified Wine and Spirits Expert Level 3 from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET). In addition to these accolades, Chef Michele is a successful business owner and operator, having experience with several internet sales and services businesses. Absolutely loved this ravioli pasta making class! My husband and I were able to easily follow along and we created a delicious and healthy meal for our family. I’d highly recommend taking a cooking class with Michele, she was knowledgeable and pleasant to listen to and follow.
Fun fact: We played Italian music in the background (on low of course) and it enhanced our experience! Plus, enjoying a glass or two of wine while you cook is always a plus in my book.
Needless to say, we are already looking for our next class with Michele and, I think, it'll be making macaroons.
