Absolutely loved this ravioli pasta making class! My husband and I were able to easily follow along and we created a delicious and healthy meal for our family. I’d highly recommend taking a cooking class with Michele, she was knowledgeable and pleasant to listen to and follow.
Fun fact: We played Italian music in the background (on low of course) and it enhanced our experience! Plus, enjoying a glass or two of wine while you cook is always a plus in my book.
Needless to say, we are already looking for our next class with Michele and, I think, it'll be making macaroons.
