We had a good time it was fast paced. Easy to find and very simple dish that we can recreate at home . My daughter and I had a great time. Would definitely book again .

Chef Alice was very nice and instructive. The four-star is only due to the setup and the length of time. We took the dumpling class a few months back and the class had more stations, two to a stove so it was a bit more intimate since I took my wife. This class only had two stations so we shared it with another couple, they were very nice and friendly, no issues. They too looked like they wanted a more intimate experience but I cannot speak for them. It was a little hard to find since there were no signs pointing to where the event was at. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful but we still had to wait for someone to become available to ask for directions to the event. The length of time of the event was under an hour vs the dumpling class was almost two hours. The dumpling class was defo more bang for the buck.
