Chef Amy is a culinary expert with over 15 years of experience. She honed her skills at Orange Coast College in Southern California, and now she's passing on her knowledge as an instructor. We had a fantastic time at Amy Wilson’s Make Your Own Pad Thai experience! Amy was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She broke the recipe down into simple steps, making it easy for cooks of all skill levels to follow along and feel confident. The ingredients were fresh, the tips she shared were super helpful, and the end result was absolutely delicious. It was also fun to meet others and share the cooking process together. Highly recommend this class for anyone looking to learn a classic dish in a relaxed, hands-on setting!

Great intro class with great detail and history of sushi making. Very easy technique for ShuShu making . I don’t know why I was intimidated all this time. Now, I can pull out my sushi equipment and use it, lol! Thanks for the fun experience!
