Great intro class with great detail and history of sushi making. Very easy technique for ShuShu making . I don’t know why I was intimidated all this time. Now, I can pull out my sushi equipment and use it, lol! Thanks for the fun experience!

Loved it. Amy was very entertaining and thoughtful. Our class was at a Hilton and although it felt strange at first Any helped us feel welcomed. We learned the basics of rolling sushi. It was fun!
