The Chef made the entire experience so much fun. Not only was she an amazing teacher with clear instructions, she was so fun and entertaining and personable. We had the best time and honestly feel like we can easily make sushi now.

Class was fun, learned what I've been doing wrong. very informative. Printed instructions, thank you for that. What was the spoonful we got when we started? What is it called and what exactly was in it? Can't wait to get together with our friends that were also there for a roll off to see who can make the best rolls. Thanks again! Frank Palmer

I loved the class so much, chef Amy was so amazing at leading the class! Usually in things like this the instructor is what makes or breaks the deal, and she was sooo much fun. She was funny, informative and had such an amazing personality and attitude towards everyone. 10 out of 10 she is and should be what any and everyone who wants to instruct a class aspires to be. Her and Alfred should be Extremely proud of themselves for the amazing experiences they are providing. Thank you so much, you guys are extremely appreciated!! Oh and my girlfriend says, Go Steelers

Loved it. Amy was very entertaining and thoughtful. Our class was at a Hilton and although it felt strange at first Any helped us feel welcomed. We learned the basics of rolling sushi. It was fun!

Chef Amy was awesome! She is hilarious and created such a fun environment! Everything was clean and sanitary and the location was nice and easy to find. Chef Amy is a whole vibe 🍾🎉
