It was such a great experience. Hero was very patient, kind, entertaining, and was caring for each individual. As a picky person who focuses on the flavor and quality of the food, I greatly enjoyed learning how steps were taken to enrich yet balance each flavor. You will definitely get your money’s worth taking a class from him!!

We just finished the Sushi making class with Chef Hiro, and he was our hero! He taught us not only the basics, ingredients, and techniques behind Sushi making, but he also gave us the knowledge of the true meaning and history behind it. It was truly an exceptional learning experience and we hope to take a class with him again!

My husband and I recently took a sushi making class with Hiro and absolutely enjoyed it. He was knowledgeable and made if fun, even for beginners like us. Hiro was amazing! The class was entertaining, amusing, and we learned a lot. He was especially patient with us and our slow vegetable chopping. He gave a lot of options on how you cooked your dumplings, and the final product was DELICIOUS! Highly recommend this class!

Such a fun class. Chef Hiro is funny and knowledgeable about sushi making. He adds a lot of history of the process and is open about where the ingredients are sourced. He made for such an enjoyable night, probably the best cooking class I’ve taken so far. We got to make 3 types of rolls, and you can eat them as you go. Everything was delicious! I would highly recommend this to all my friends!

Class was relocated multiple times. New location was difficult to find, crampped and had no A/C so the room was very warm. Teacher was good and the food was very thought out. Would attend another but hesitant to book.

Such a great time and fun to make dumplings! Chef Hiro was super nice, educational and worked with us individually. My husband and I love dumplings we made so many and enjoyed all of them. We would love to take another class with him!
