Growing up in a family that loves food, Chef Meena Lee started her culinary career in her early 20's.
Inspired by her mom and grandmother who were both chefs, Meena naturally inherited culinary skills at a very young age. Her love and passion for food led her to pursue a career in the culinary industry. Being a Korean-American, she has an extensive knowledge and experience with both Asian and Western cuisine. She has been working as a food columnist and instructor for over 20 years then ran her own catering business for 10 years.
