Chef Jeffrey is a classically trained Chef with a degree from the Culinary Institute of America. He has cooked in prestigious restaurants such as Le Cirque, and Le Bernardin in New York. Since leaving the kitchen, Chef Jeffrey has owned an antiquarian bookstore, received an MBA and worked as a stockbroker. He has also worked for Share Our Strength; a non-for-profit dedicated to eradicating childhood hunger in America, organizing Taste of the Nation events in 15 cities across the US and Canada. Chef Jeffrey has authored two books including The Zwilling J.A. Henckels Complete Book of Knife Skills. He has also shared his experiences and knowledge with others, having taught Culinary Arts for nine years. Currently, Chef Jeffrey is the National Manager of Culinary Relations for Zwilling JA Henckels.

We had a great time. Chef Jeffrey Elliot sure knows his stuff when it comes to sushi! Delicious, fun, easy going class. Can’t wait to go home and make our own sushi! We even got to make some extra at the end...yum!

Great location allowing for drinks and snacks before and during class. Chef was amazing and entertaining and we even bought a book so we can make our own sushi at home using the techniques we learned!
