Chef Jeremy, also known as GreenBeard of GreenBeard Spices & BBQ Catering, has been passionate about cooking since childhood, learning alongside his mother, a retired culinary instructor and chef. Classically trained in a variety of cuisines- including Italian, French, Mexican, BBQ, and Southern cooking—Jeremy enjoys sharing his knowledge through fun, hands-on classes. He has a particular passion for regional Italian cuisine, fresh handmade pasta, focaccia, and traditional French breads. Outside the kitchen, you'll find him competing in BBQ competitions for bragging rights with friends or tailgating at Philadelphia Eagles games, where he's known for creating crowd-pleasing dishes that bring people together.
