What an amazing class! The teacher had the entire setup in place with authentic. ingredients. He was just amazing! He delivered a really fun class with lots of explanations, tips, and demos. The best part of this class was the opportunity to participate in the cooking process and create a truly delicious meal. This is definitely a 10-stars class!

The class was very informative and fun. Chef Marc broke the recipe down and showed us the most efficient techniques and cooking tips, as well as explaining interesting facts about the ingredients. A very different and enjoyable evening. The dish was delicious!

Chef Marc was highly engaging, detail oriented and most importantly fun. He effortlessly engaged a group of 13 people and walked them through an activity. He told great stories about cuisine and his interesting background while helping us cook an amazing meal. We will definitely be bringing our veterans back for another experience with Chef Marc!
