Taught 230 students

Chef Scutt's culinary journey began in Haiti, where his mother served as his first chef instructor, instilling in him a deep love for cooking. After graduating from culinary school in 2015, Chef Scutt had the privilege of working alongside exceptional chefs, gaining invaluable experience in various culinary environments, from upscale dining to bustling fast-paced kitchens. In 2019,

he opened his first restaurant, a venture that taught him countless lessons, though he had to close it in 2021 due to the pandemic.

The chefs were friendly and had all the ingredients ready to go. It was an easy pace, a relaxed atmosphere, and overall a good time. The dumplings came out better than I expected and tasted delicious. A fun way to spend a Saturday night.

Great class. Enjoyed learning how to make my own dumplings. They came out really good. I’ll definitely be making these in the future. Chef was great. If you like dumplings, take this class.

We had a very enjoyable evening. We did not know you could bring drinks, so anyone planning on attending should know this. The class was paced very well, I loved the complete hands on experience. Chef Scott took the time to walk everyone through and made sure everyone was following correctly. The downfall came when it came to cooking the dumplings at the end, not enough stations, especially if you wanted pan fried. Other than the wait for cooking at the end, wonderful evening. Recipe was easy to follow and very enjoyable. Recommend
