I loved this experience! I never would have attempted to make macarons on my own. Chef Esther took the intimidation out of the baking and I 100% will be making macarons from here on out. Don't miss out on this class if you have the opportunity to attend.

Chef Ester made this a super pleasurable experience. She made a few minor mistakes, but nothing that was irreparable. I would happily do this over and over again!

The class was very enjoyable. Esther is a wonderful instructor and was very welcoming. She put everyone at ease and provided instruction and assistance. I would love to take another class with her when I visit the area again.

It was a wonderful class! Chef Esther was both patient and encouraging. Her knowledge was impressive! So many flavors and colors!! TIP: Even though you remember which cookies you made and which silpat you used, someone else might not. Mark it in some way...oval cookie, your initials on paper, something. Otherwise you may go home with someone else's cookies :( Bring your frustrations and bang them out!!

Esther is wonderful, very welcoming! She is knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Esther monitored what we were doing, gave suggestions when needed, while still allowing us to make the macarons. I had a fantastic time! If I lived in the area, I would happily take more classes from Esther!
