Chef Rodolfo has been in the foodservice industry for over 24 years, working his way up from the dish pit to an executive chef. He has worked for the world’s top two largest food management companies as an executive chef with his biggest day being 13,000 guests. I has had the pleasure of serving former first lady Michelle Obama, singer Alicia Keys, the entire 2001 world series champions AZ Diamondbacks amongst many other public figures. Chef Rodolfo believes food should be a fun, memory making experience. He enjoys traveling and experiencing local food everywhere he goes.

Was a fantastic experience. First time doing something like this and it was well worth it and would do it over and over again. Chef was detailed, fun, and to the point. Food was AMAZING, seriously UH MAZING!! and came in a massive portion. This is a must try experience you won't regret.

The class was a lot of fun. I would be interested in doing more of the prep stuff too. It was nice to have everything laid out, but if I'm gonna cook this at home, I'll need to know how to slice the chicken and how to cook the pork mixture and cabbage and things like that. I know time didn't permit us to do all that but I'd be down for a longer class that actually went into all the prep stuff.
A+ though. I had a blast and the food was good and Chef and daughter made a great team!

Chef Rodolfo Reyes was fun and enlightening. The pasta and tiramisu were absolutely delicious! We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back.

My wife and I have never done a culinary class before, and I’m glad this was my first. Chef Reyes was kind, informative, and created great atmosphere.

Looking for a date night idea? This is it, book STAT! Loved every minute of this cooking class experience and couldn't have asked for a better Chef! Chef Rodolfo and his lovely girls were absolutely amazing!

Last night was our anniversary so I planned something special. Don and I had a great time preparing our own pasta and tomato sauce from scratch. The tiramisu was delicious. Rodolfo and his daughter were excellent hosts.

The experience was totally awesome! Chef Reyes took his time to show us step by step what to do and he even gave us suggestions on alternate products that we can use as substitute, which was very helpful. I love that he was totally engaged with all the students! The food was excellent! I will definitely be taking another class with him! Thanks Chef Reyes!!!
