Chef Sadie was amazing!!!! Her instruction was clear, easy to follow, and she moved at the perfect pace!!! Her welcoming energy was palpable from the start and she did a wonderful job of making sure we all felt confident, as well as properly instructed! I couldn’t recommend this class more! Chef, we will see you at the empanada class, until then, just know what you’re doing is amazing!

Sadie was a fun, knowledgeable and entertaining teacher. We enjoyed our class. She made us all feel very welcome.

This class was very fun! Chef Sadie was fun, funny, personable, knowledgeable, kind and patient. It was cool to learn about the history of the origin and evolution of empanadas throughout time and within different countries. The cooking portion of the class was enjoyable, nothing too hard and it was awesome to taste the end result. I'm very excited for the recipes so that we can make more at home. Thank you!

I absolutely loved my experience with Chef Sadie! She was so fun and welcoming to my dad and I! Gave detailed instructions but let us make the dumpling ourselves! She also taught us how to tell wether or not a dumpling is done cooking and how to make the sauce the pairs with them! I will do another class with Chef Sadie as soon as possible! :)
