Chef Sadie was fantastic! Not only did she expertly convey the materials and technique, she took time to explain why things worked the way they did. The things I learned in this class led me to developing a breakfast dumpling that my whole family devoured. Thank you Chef Sadie!

Chef Sadie was great! She explained everything we’d be doing so clearly and demonstrated each step with so much personality. The class was a Christmas gift to the best cook I know and he thoroughly enjoyed the class as well. We both learned a lot and our dumplings were delicious! Yum😋😋😋

We had a fun time and learned a lot! We also really enjoyed chatting with the other people at the class. The dumplings were delicious and Chef Sadie was a great teacher!
