The recipe was excellent. Chef Sadie way of explaining the way to knead the dough was so clear and detailed. I have tried before to make dough but failed but now I can actually make it successfully. Thanks to Chef Sadie.

I really enjoyed the class. Pasta was delicious and learning how to do your own pasta was great. Chef Sadie is a wonderful teacher and did explain clearly. I highly recommend this class.

Chef Sadie was fantastic! Not only did she expertly convey the materials and technique, she took time to explain why things worked the way they did. The things I learned in this class led me to developing a breakfast dumpling that my whole family devoured. Thank you Chef Sadie!

Chef Sadie was GREAT!
We learned, had fun and my partner and I shared an experience neither one of us had ever experienced before.
What could have made the experience better...
- class held in a kitchen and we could have cooked all elements of the dish ourselves
- had some beverages for us to sip on while cooking (we purchased beverages from the hotel which had hotel prices after paying for the class. :(
