Chef Bikram is an entrepreneur, culinary educator, and author with thirty years of experience in the hospitality, adventure tourism, and culinary sectors. He has traveled around the world, studying international culture and cuisine with chefs and locals.
As a culinary instructor at Western Culinary Institute, Le Cordon Bleu, and Oregon Culinary Institute. He now works as a freelance culinary educator, offering lectures and private classes on Asian food, herbs and spices, and Mediterranean cuisine.
Recently, Chef Bikram published a Nepalese cookbook, "The Mystic Kitchens of Nepal," which explores Nepal's diverse ethnic flavors from the flatland of Terai to the highlands of the Himalayas. The book delves into Nepal's culinary journey, rich regional cuisine history, traditions, and exclusive recipes.
