Fun night. The chef did a great job to make us feel at home and comfortable. The space was small for the group size. The steamer did not function correctly, so it took longer to cook. I was a bit apprehensive to eat the food.

Wonderful experience with close observation from the chef. The feel of properly mixed dough in the hand, steps for folding the dumpling, steaming, and eating is a life skill you now can accomplish in your home kitchen. Thank you for the class and providing the necessary equipment to learn how to make dumplings for myself. The venue was loud with another event making the instructions for the class difficult to hear at times. Otherwise 5/5 star review.

We had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Devin was a very good and knowledgeable teacher.

Loved Devin and the class! Very well done, lots of pro tips and importance of fundamentals (roll the rice, don’t smush!) Could have been harder, would love an advanced option.

Great class. Great instructor. Very lively. Acoustics weren’t ideal so some instructions got missed. It would be great to get a one pager step by step instruction sheet. Or hang a poster with this on the wall.

Devin was a friendly and informative instructor. The pace of the class was perfect as we got to know our table mates and anticipate our delicious dumplings. I would take any class she taught.
