With over a decade of experience in the industry, an education in visual arts, and a passion for cooking sparked a fascination for molecular gastronomy. This combination of art and chemistry allowed creativity to flourish in the kitchen and the canvas.This quickly led her to the pursuit of a culinary profession; jumping in with both feet working at Michelin-star restaurants overseas by age 21.
In search of new flavors and fueled by passion for diverse cultures, Chef Molly has traveled overseas through countries such as India, Thailand, and Nepal in search of the most authentic native dishes. Her style of cooking is inspired by these flavors using Pacific Northwest ingredients.
