Chef Matt gets 5 stars. He was knowledgeable, personable, and engaging. The overall 4 stars is due to the promotion of the class. The images and description of the class led me to believe that this experience would provide more opportunities to interact with the ingredients and cooking process itself. It was fun time, but for the price I expected a bit more than learning two folding techniques.
