Originally from Mexico and now based in the Texas Hill Country, Rodrigo has led kitchens, owned his own bakery, and crafted hundreds of pastries, desserts, and signature dishes throughout his culinary journey. As a chef, Rodrigo believes that cooking should feel like an experience — fun, hands-on, approachable, and full of discovery.
