My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of attending the Fresh Pasta Workshop: Ravioli, Tortellini & Agnolotti with Chef Antoinette (Toni), booked through CocuSocial—and what a wonderful experience it was! I received a CocuSocial gift card for my birthday, and this was such a fun and unexpected gift. From the moment we arrived at Toni’s beautiful, welcoming home, we knew we were in for a special evening. The class was wonderfully intimate (there were only four of us) which made it feel less like a cooking class and more like spending an evening with friends who happen to be learning how to make pasta together. First off: Toni is an absolute delight. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, warm and engaging, but what really made her stand out was her storytelling. She didn't just teach us how to make pasta; she shared the stories, traditions and little bits of culinary wisdom that made everything feel meaningful and memorable. We learned how to make several different kinds of filled pasta. And then there was the FOOD! We didn't just make pasta, we ate pasta! We also enjoyed homemade sourdough bread, a delicious assortment of cheeses, and plenty of wine (we brought our own), all while cooking, learning and getting to know one another. It was relaxed, generous and delicious from beginning to end. Toni's kitchen is absolutely perfect for teaching as well, and she was such a gracious host. Everything felt thoughtful and welcoming without ever feeling overly structured or formal. And at the end of class, rather than simply packing up and heading home, we found ourselves lingering in Toni's gorgeous backyard, enjoying the evening, talking about the class, sharing stories and reminiscing about the foods that make us happy. We came to learn how to make ravioli, tortellini and agnolotti. We left with new pasta-making skills, full bellies, wonderful memories, and the feeling that we'd spent an evening with genuinely lovely people. If you're considering booking this experience, DO IT. Whether you're a seasoned cook or someone who has never made fresh pasta before, Toni creates an environment where you can relax, learn, laugh and just enjoy yourself. It was hands-on, informative, delicious and, most importantly, fun! A huge thank you to Toni for opening her home and sharing her kitchen, her knowledge and her love of food with us. Five stars without hesitation!

Well you think it’s just a class and it was but with a total of four of us it was much more intimate. So after making the dough from scratch we go to make the pasta dishes. In the meantime we go some small dishes to eat prepared in advance by Chef Toni. And some creamed chicken soup also made by her. She had premade the sauces and ricotta to stuff the ravioli. After eating her dishes we put our pasta dishes in a bag to take home. We finished outside with dessert and a good conversation about memories of growing up with food. And we got a folder with all the recipes too. A great date experience. Try it?

My husband and I had a great night at Chef Toni's place. The food was delicious, I learned a lot about making pasta, and really appreciated the homemade dough, sauces, meatballs etc. It was a big treat to meet Chef Toni and use her beautiful kitchen.
