We had a wonderful evening learning from Chef Toni! Her warmth and patience made us feel comfortable as we built our confidence in making fresh pasta. Truly felt like a home cooking experience - we enjoyed yummy food while learning how to make it ourselves. We hope to take more classes with Chef Toni in the future - perhaps a lesson on how to make soup and sourdough? ;)

Chef Toni was incredible! She made a wonderfully personal experience for our group, treating us with meatballs, homemade sourdough, and two kinds of handmade pasta, all while we made our own pasta and extra dough to bring home and enjoy later. I can't recommend her enough!

We had a wonderful evening with Chef Toni! She welcomed us into her lovely home, where she had wine, bottled water, and an appetizer waiting. She patiently taught us how to make pasta dough and we learned how to make ravioli and tortellini. In between, she provided us with cooked raviolis and tortellini so that we could taste a preview of what we could make at home with our pasta. She made a point to engage with us personally and we ended with dessert and coffee on her beautiful patio. This community-building event was both educational and fun. She even gave us a recipe folder to take home. We highly recommend cooking with Chef Toni!

Chef Toni was a fantastic host! She was a great teacher in the kitchen and sent us home with all the resources to take the lessons learned and recipes with us as well. Even more importantly though, she provided a personal, intimate experience. We absolutely loved getting to hear her personal stories and connect deeper with others all through her teaching and storytelling. I couldn’t recommend her class enough. Will absolutely be returning to her soon.

Toni was by far the best class instructor we have ever had! We did the fresh pasta workshop and she had all the fresh ingredients and made sure that we got the steps down. She fed us and gave us wine, then after the class, we shared chocolate and meloncello and we shared stories about food. Excellent experience. Will definitely do it again. Thanks Toni!

Well you think it’s just a class and it was but with a total of four of us it was much more intimate. So after making the dough from scratch we go to make the pasta dishes. In the meantime we go some small dishes to eat prepared in advance by Chef Toni. And some creamed chicken soup also made by her. She had premade the sauces and ricotta to stuff the ravioli. After eating her dishes we put our pasta dishes in a bag to take home. We finished outside with dessert and a good conversation about memories of growing up with food. And we got a folder with all the recipes too. A great date experience. Try it?

My husband and I had a great night at Chef Toni's place. The food was delicious, I learned a lot about making pasta, and really appreciated the homemade dough, sauces, meatballs etc. It was a big treat to meet Chef Toni and use her beautiful kitchen.

Chef Toni was a delight! After being welcomed warmly to her beautiful home, we made raviolis and tortellinis from start to finish, and enjoyed a sampling of both, along with other treats. Highly recommend !
