Chef Gabriella has worked as a full-time pastry chef at a boutique pastry shop in Milan, where she refined her techniques and developed her signature style—simple, elegant, and full of authentic Italian flavor. In early 2025, Gabriella relocated to California, bringing her skills and creativity to a new audience. Gabriella continues to honor her Italian roots through every dish she creates—combining tradition, passion, and a sprinkle of joy.
